I AM 3 WEEKS POST OP AND HAVE LOST 26 POUNDS, HOWEVER I HAVE HIT MY FIRST PLATEAU AND AM CONCERNED WITH HOW LONG IT LAST, NO WEIGHT CHANGE FOR 7 DAYS. I'M STILL ON MUSH FOODS SO CAN'T CHANGE MUCH THERE. MAYBE MORE EXERCISE????
